1. Platform Role

Vipanika operates solely as a digital marketplace and technology platform that connects buyers and sellers. Vipanika does not directly process payments, collect money, ship products, or provide logistics services.

2. Orders

Orders placed through the platform represent a purchase intent between the buyer and the seller. Product listings, pricing, unit measurements, availability, and fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the respective seller.

Vipanika does not guarantee product availability, quality, quantity, or delivery timelines.

3. Payments

All payments for products or services are made directly between the buyer and the seller outside the Vipanika platform. Vipanika is not involved in payment processing and does not hold, transfer, or manage funds.

Any payment-related issues, including transaction failures, refunds, or chargebacks, must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, delivery, packaging, and logistics are entirely the responsibility of the seller. Delivery timelines, charges, and conditions are determined by the seller.

Vipanika does not participate in, manage, or guarantee the delivery of any product listed on the platform.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund policies are defined and managed solely by individual sellers. Buyers are advised to review seller-specific policies before placing an order.

Vipanika does not process refunds or handle product returns.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from orders, payments, delivery, product quality, or refunds must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

Vipanika may, at its discretion, provide limited communication support but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vipanika shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or dispute arising from payment transactions, product delivery or non-delivery, product quality, or actions of buyers or sellers.

8. Acknowledgement

By placing an order through the platform, users acknowledge and agree that Vipanika is not a party to the transaction between buyers and sellers, and all commercial obligations rest solely with the parties involved.
